Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within the terms described below.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Please note: orders placed with express shipping are not eligible for return due to prioritized production. However, if there are any concerns with your order, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery, as we may not be able to accept claims after this period.

Once your return arrives, please allow a few business days for inspection. Afterwards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns of worn veils. If the product shows any signs of use, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to you.

Any signs of wear — including but not limited to perfume scent, makeup traces, stains, dirt, dust, deodorant marks, hair, pet hair, damage, wrinkles from use, alterations, or any other indication that the item has been worn or handled beyond inspection — will result in the item being returned to you without refund and without additional approval.

Please note that the veil must be carefully packed for the return shipment. If the item is returned improperly packaged and arrives damaged, creased, or not in its original condition, additional fees may apply.
